Overview
This group is an opportunity to connect with others and practice mindfulness and self-compassion skills that can support you during the current global health crisis. Studies consistently show mindfulness and self-compassion to decrease stress and to directly boost immune system functioning. Join us to do what we can to support ourselves and each other during this time.
Build community and connection.
Learn ways you can support yourself and others in a time of global health concerns.
Learn ways to attend more thoughtfully to competing tasks and demands.
Gain experience with a variety of mindfulness, communication and self-compassion skills.
When: Mondays beginning April 20th | 6pm - 7:30pm
Where: Zoom
Cost: $500. Sliding scale available to those with a financial need.
