We offer therapy groups, OCD groups, mindfulness groups, mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR), and self-compassion groups. Wellness groups are a great way to connect with others and learn tools for resiliency that can support stress management and overall wellbeing.

FOUNDATIONS

8-WEEK Virtual Course


Overview

This group is an opportunity to connect with others and practice mindfulness and self-compassion skills that can support you during the current global health crisis. Studies consistently show mindfulness and self-compassion to decrease stress and to directly boost immune system functioning. Join us to do what we can to support ourselves and each other during this time.

  • Gain experience with a variety of mindfulness, communication and self-compassion skills.

When: Mondays beginning April 20th | 6pm - 7:30pm

Where: Zoom

Cost: $500. Sliding scale available to those with a financial need.
