Groups are an affordable alternative to individual therapy that can help increase feelings of connectedness and enhance motivation for living the life you want.

Joining a group of people you don’t know can be intimidating at first, but it can also be a great way to connect with other like-minded individuals in a safe and supportive environment.

 

 

Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) Integration Group

4-Week Online Group

 
 

KAP Integration Group is a 4-week online support group for anyone who has had a KAP experience in the past 6 months. It is ideal for people who may be having challenges to sustain and integrate their KAP experience into daily life or do not have support from their immediate circle of friends and family and are looking for a safe space to reflect and make meaning from their medicine sessions.

What to expect

  • Weekly live 75-minute virtual meetings.

  • Engagement with mindfulness-based practices that support integration and are designed to reduce stress and promote ease, gratitude, and resilience.

  • Support with identifying barriers towards integration and intention setting for accountability.

  • Support with making sense of your KAP experiences and maintaining insights and changes that you want to integrate into your life.

  • Connection and community with others on a similar path towards healing and wholeness.

8-Week Treatment Group

 

Living Free with OCD is a group that focuses on learning new ways to interact with OCD in order to live the life you want to be living.

What to expect

  • Create values-based behavior goals.

  • Learn mindfulness and self-compassion skills.

  • Practice Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP).

  • Offer and receive support from group members.

  • Build community with others who experience OCD.

Finding Our Compass for Young Adults

Social Support Group for Neurodivergent Young Adults (Ages 18 - 30)

Free Intro Session - Wednesday, October 2 at 5 - 5:30pm PT

 

Do you identify as autistic, neurospicy or neuro questioning?  Want to build community with others who think, socialize, communicate, and experience their senses outside of the typical profile? Looking for a safe place to unmask and ponder the big questions of young adulthood?

 
 

This group is a great fit for anyone ages 18 - 30 who identifies as having lived experience with Autism, ADHD, or Neurodivergent neurotypes.

Build community as you:

  • Gain clarity on your central values and top priorities

  • Become an expert on your strengths and needs through applied curiosity

  • Navigate family and friendship relationships

  • Understand the social model of disability and how to become an effective self-and-community advocate

  • Grieve, celebrate, and remove internal barriers to flexibility

  • This group is open to adults of all ages, but is especially geared towards adults in middle age, however they define that.

  • This group may be a great fit for you if you are considering a major life pivot, or wanting to solidify a set of more subtle changes - whether that is rethinking how you take care of yourself, making a career change, shifting how you partner, or connecting more with your community.
