4-Week Online Group
KAP Integration Group is a 4-week online support group for anyone who has had a KAP experience in the past 6 months. It is ideal for people who may be having challenges to sustain and integrate their KAP experience into daily life or do not have support from their immediate circle of friends and family and are looking for a safe space to reflect and make meaning from their medicine sessions.
What to expect
Weekly live 75-minute virtual meetings.
Engagement with mindfulness-based practices that support integration and are designed to reduce stress and promote ease, gratitude, and resilience.
Support with identifying barriers towards integration and intention setting for accountability.
Support with making sense of your KAP experiences and maintaining insights and changes that you want to integrate into your life.
Connection and community with others on a similar path towards healing and wholeness.

Jennifer is a late identified autistic person whose passionate interests include homesteading, biking, and community building. Jennifer uses the principles of ACT to help people accept aspects of their reality in order to become committed to and influential in enacting their values.
